Draw SVG graph from a chent object using RDKit

## Usage

```

## Arguments

- x:

  The chent object to be plotted

- width:

  The desired width in pixels

- height:

  The desired height in pixels

- filename:

  The filename

- subdir:

  The path to which the file should be written
